Terms of Purchase – Kero Försäljning AB

Below are the terms and conditions that apply to purchases of products from Kero Försäljning AB (hereinafter referred to as Kero, we, us), both in our webshop and in our physical store.

  1. General

These terms of purchase apply when you, as a consumer or business customer, make a purchase from Kero. For consumer purchases, Swedish law applies, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and GDPR. For business purchases, the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen) applies.

  1. Products and assortment

Kero sells, among other things, shoes, bags, belts, wallets, toiletry bags, knives, kitchen utensils, interior design items, dog accessories and other leather and wooden products. The assortment may vary over time.

Products that are personally customised and not part of the standard assortment are not covered by the right of withdrawal (Chapter 2, Section 11, paragraph 3).

  1. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT for consumer purchases. For business customers, prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified. For private customers, Swedish VAT is included in the prices. The VAT is recalculated at checkout if you order from another country (OSS VAT for private customers in other EU countries, and VAT is removed for private customers outside the EU).

We offer the following payment methods:

We charge your purchase when the goods are dispatched from us. Kero never stores card details or payment information.

  1. Shipping and delivery

5.1 Delivery area

We deliver throughout Sweden and to the rest of Europe. Delivery time is 5–10 business days.

5.2 Shipping cost

  • Deliveries within Sweden: SEK 75 flat-rate shipping.
  • For delivery to other countries: an additional shipping fee is added and shown at checkout based on the destination country.

In the event of exchanges or when exercising the right of withdrawal, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

5.3 Delivery method

We send all orders via PostNord. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, local production and the destination country.

  1. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

6.1 Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, counted from the day you received the product.

The right of withdrawal also applies to shoes that are manufactured to order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days via email: [email protected]

6.2 Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days to return or exchange the product from the date you receive it.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, returning or exchanging a product, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost.

6.3 Condition of the product upon return

The product must be in essentially unchanged condition, unused and well packaged. Kero is entitled to make a deduction for any decrease in value if the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics and function.

  1. Complaints

7.1 Right to complain

As a consumer, you have the right to complain about products for up to three years from the date of purchase under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
In the event of an approved complaint, Kero will cover the return shipping cost.

7.2 No warranties beyond statutory rights

Kero does not provide any additional warranty beyond the statutory right to complain.

  1. Refunds

In the event of an approved return or exercise of the right of withdrawal, your purchase will be refunded within 14 days from the date we receive the product. The refund is made using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded.

  1. Delivery delays

If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible. The customer is entitled to cancel the purchase if the delay is of material significance.

  1. Privacy and data protection

  1. Force majeure

Kero is not liable for delays or obstacles caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war or decisions by public authorities.

  1. Dispute resolution

Disputes are primarily sought to be resolved through dialogue with our customer service.

Consumers can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
EU customers can use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Disputes with business customers shall be settled by Swedish courts.
